遠隔地や離島などお届け場所等により若干遅れが生じる場合がございます。

一部出荷が遅れる商品や予約商品等につきましては、別途納期のご連絡をいたします。

配送中の破損等について
梱包の際は外箱にキズや凹みが付かないよう十分に配慮の上に出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のキズや凹み等はご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

After confirming your order, please allow approximately one week for shipping.

Delivery to remote areas, islands, or certain locations may also experience slight delays.

Regarding Damage During Shipping
We take great care during packaging to prevent scratches or dents on the outer box before shipping. However, after handing over to the carrier, there is a possibility of damage occurring during transit due to unforeseen issues or carrier responsibility.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the functionality of the product itself.
