Refund policy

商品に欠陥がある場合のみ、商品受け取り日から１週間以内にご連絡をメールにてお願い致します。返品して頂いて出荷時と同じ状態であるとみなした場合のみ、交換または、返品完了後に返金致します。

web上にてご購入後、商品を受け取っていない場合でも、間違えて商品を購入してしまった、イメージと違った等、お客様の都合による返金も致し兼ねますのでご注意ください。

商品受け取り後、イメージと違った等のお客様の都合によるクレームはいかなる場合にも対応致し兼ねますのでご注意ください。

 

Only if the item is defective, please contact us by e-mail within one week from the date you receive the item. We will exchange the item or refund your money after the return is completed only if the item is deemed to be in the same condition as when it was shipped.

若商品存在质量瑕疵，请于签收之日起七个工作日内通过电子邮件与我司取得联系。在收到退货商品后，我司将依据商品状况为您办理换货或退款手续。您的商品必须与收到时的状态相同、未穿过或未经使用、带有标签并保持原包装。您还需要提供收据或购买证明。方可完成退货流程。

若您在商品发货后、签收前因误购等原因需办理退款，或如感觉实物与商品展示图片存在显著差异，对于客户提出的任何索赔请求，我司将不予受理和不予退款。
